Having spent a large part of his career in the Construction Industry leading a team of Quantity Surveyors for Principle Contractors, Ramesh has now focused his efforts on an industry where there has been a traditional gap between clients and contractors. Having been in the Construction Industry for over 20 years, Ramesh knows only too well the issues contractors face on a day to day basis. He is now focused on improving this experience with our partners through clear and honest dialogue.
Velji is a highly experienced contracts manager with over 40 years of construction experience across various sectors. Velji has a passion for delivering the most difficult and challenging project through cost and programme constraints with the application of knowledge, experience and an open hand approach to communicating with professional teams, supply chains and colleagues alike.
With 12 years experience behind him, Dipesh is a key member of our team covering the following engineering disciplines, Mechanical, Electrical Installations. Part of his role is to also cover various construction disciplines such as Design, Procurement, Project Management, Testing and Commissioning, O&M Manuals. On a day to day basis he is involved in providing council to the other engineers and staff members on engineering queries and often brain storm solutions on technical issues including cost management and reviewing valuations.
Kishen has spent years training with our team, having spent years project managing some incredible projects, relocated himself to our head office and now manages a team of estimators and designers ensuring that the day to day issues faced by contractors and designers are mitigated prior to any work commencing at site level, with the aim to provide a smooth and efficient installation process. With experience in fabrication and manufacturing details, he is focused on the accuracy of design details.
As our General Manager Sangita has the responsibility along with her team of managing office budgets, establishing & maintaining policies and procedures along with managing & maintaining our accreditations such as CHAS, ISO etc. She also heads up our marketing department and assists the senior management teams when needed. Most important of all she keeps the office operating smoothly which in turn allows others to succeed in their
Dharmesh is an Affiliate of the Association of the Chartered Certified Accountants and has experience in handling finances within the construction industry. He is committed to ensure that accounting records are kept appropriately and reported results comply with accounting standards and various legislations. He is responsible for the efforts, results, day-to-day operations and reporting of all financial activities. His key duties include co-ordinating and leading the preparation of financial reports, statements, managing financial risk & forecasting, ensuring that the company operates within a financially controlled environment and being the principle point of contact in financial matters.
Savan commenced his carrier in the industry working for Main Contractors but had always taken a keen interest in the mechanical & electrical aspect of the industry. He forms part of our commercial team with the aim of ensuring our projects continue to remain viable for all our Partners which include both our clients and supply chain.
